Hello, I would like to know if there are any grocery stores near by, by walking distance ? Some stores that sells decent/proper foods and not only crisps, peanuts and beers... If so, is there is something for cooking vegetables and meats in your hostel ?

Yes you can cook here but only minimal foods. There are no supermarkets here in Panglao...only Sari Sari stores...but you can buy cheap food from the local Carenderia's or go to Tagbilaran and buy yr groceries there before arrival

Is it quiet at night?

Yes, we are in the peaceful part of the village

Do you have generator & wifi connection

yes but we only put generator on for a couple of hours a day to charge yr devices

Hi, How much your internet? Mbps please, We will be working remotely from april 6-17.

I am not sure as that is a technical question but I watch baseball games everyday without a problem and we have 50 people here sometimes and no one complains

If you are alone you can bring a guest to stay with you. If yr already 2 people then you will need to pay extra for extra guest, You may have guests over for the day time

I was alone in my room. Cheap place to stay. Near alona beach, restaurants and stores.

Nothing. But i went to Bohol after the typhoon, so no electricity and water but it’s fine

Terrible, disaster

Almost nothing, because it was totally trick what you book what you get

I been travelling last 5 months, stayed in hotels, hostels.... this one was the number one shocked of all my travel. And only 2nd negative comment from me. I booked private room with queen bed, there was upgrade room for deluxe paid exta $23 Australian dollar. Deluxe room supposed to have fridge, queen size bed , bath . I checked in there was no fridge at all, there was no water in shower, toilet seat was broken,, there was a bucket water was stinks inside waiting long time. I get shower 2 nights on next door there was another guest inside. Nothing fixed.

Good atmosphere

The hosts Andy and Vicky are great! They are both very friendly and helpful. There are motorcycles for rent and the beds are comfortable. No AC, but you have your own fan in the 7 bed dorm.

In the beginning there was only one bathroom for around 15 people. The shower is in the same bathroom, the queue therefore was very long sometimes. They opened up two other toilets after 2 days, which were clogged up before. Still only one shower though.

Nice experience, very laid back and chilled out place. Good to meet other travellers. The owner very friendly and helpful. Only stayed there one night but really liked it!

The rooms were too hot. They had one quite cheap stand up fan that just didn’t work on cooling everyone in the room.

Very Good

Andy, Vicki and Ram Ram (the puppy). This was our first visit to Lennon’s and we met so many wonderful travellers from around the world. Andy & Vicki who run the place are amazing hosts. They were always there to help. Whether it was helping get your visa extended or healing your twisted leg :). The location is 10 mins walk to the beach but also in a quite enough location. The common room cum bar is the perfect place to hang out and share your experiences with fellow back packers. Would definitely recommend this for folks who really want to experience the back packing culture. Thank you Andy and Vicky for making our stay memorable.

May be I am being too picky, but I would say that the sink in our bathroom wasn’t working well. Water was clogging and it would get dirty sometimes.

Good location, close to alona beach and restaurants

Very very nice hostal owners. They make you feel at home straight from the beginning. In case you need any recommendations or help they are more then welcome to assist you. Close to Alona Beach and restaurants. Very quite to get a good sleep.

It's very basic. You don't have shelves or hangers to put your clothes or valuables. Within my stay (6 nights) they didn't tidy up the room or clean the bathroom. I stayed in the private double room - maybe the other rooms are different.

Wonderful

The place was amazing! Got a chance to celebrate the Xmas and New Year there. The owners are super nice, the place is pretty quite and clean. Thank you for hosting me during two weeks :) If I have an opportunity come back to Panglao again, I would be definitely come back to Lennon's hostel

Great hostel with comfort!

The room was really comfy with a water suspenser, a possibility to boil water, coffee and tea. The design and surroundings are very beautiful and we had a clean bathroom to our own. The owners are very sweet and always help you what ever you need. We could even leave our laundry there. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and the hotspot Alona Beach is 15-20minutes walking distances away. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again anytime!

The only tiny thing we didn't like that much was the bed which was a little bit too hard as the matrace was a bit thin.

A great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Lennons Place! We felt very welcomed by Andy with his wife and her sister with family. The Bungalow was very spacious and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place! Very good location.

It was no hot water so we had cold shower for four days. But it is usual for Philippines I believe.
